Terms and Conditions

- I understand that I am responsible for shipping my flowers to Honey & Jane and that this cost is not included in the price of my product. 

- I understand that I must follow the shipping instructions provided and that failure to do so can result in damaged flowers that are unusable. If the flowers are not salvageable my order will be canceled and refunded. 

- I understand that I must remove any ribbons, or other items attached to my bouquet before shipping. Any items attached to the bouquet will not be returned. 

-I understand that flowers will be pressed in the condition they are received, and any bruising will likely show in the final pressed product.

- I understand that the pressing and framing process takes 3-5 months and that flowers' colors will naturally fade and/or change color. 

- I understand that I will be sent a proof before my product is sealed. I may use up to 3 design changes, and after that my product will be finalized and sealed. No changes may be made after my product is sealed. 

- I understand that some parts of my bouquet may not be pressed and framed due to thickness. 

- I understand that Honey & Jane will communicate with me through the email provided on my order. Any changes or updates to my email contact can be sent to info@honeyandjaneflowers.com 

- I understand that damage to my product may occur during shipping and I will document any damages with pictures, reseal the package, and contact Honey & Jane.

- I understand that if my package is returned to sender, I will have to pay a fee to have it reshipped. 

- I understand that my piece is custom made and imperfections are to be expected due to the nature of the flowers. 

- I understand that I may cancel my order up to 48 hours after placing. Any cancellation after 48 hours will result in a 15% service fee being withheld from my refund. 

- I understand that there are NO refunds on custom pieces. If Honey & Jane has made a mistake, please reach out and we will do our best to make it right.
